The vast majority are sealed. There is a very very small amount of open/returned boxes.
Buyer is solely responsible for removal of assets from the warehouse. These items are located on a second floor of a warehouse. There is a conveyor/roller belt to ease with moving the items from 2nd floor to first floor. Buyer must be able to provide 10+ pallets, stretch-wrap, several responsible individuals to help the buyer remove the items and the scheduling of a freight carrier for pickup. Seller is not responsible for palletizing, removal or scheduling of the freight carrier.
